Dr. Patrick J Prochaska
Dr. Prochaska graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry in 1980. Shortly after graduation, Dr. Prochaska moved to Minneapolis with a mutual vision to both purchase a dental clinic and to partner in a practice with longtime friend and colleague Dr. Nancy Hamilton.

Taking the time to find the right practice to fulfill their future development goals, they purchased a longtime General Family Dentistry practice in Minneapolis. After practicing for several years, he and partner Dr. Hamilton developed a brand new office in the Uptown area and renamed their clinic Lowry Hill Dental.

Now over 20 years later, the practice continues to thrive as a significant contributor to the Uptown community and was recently renamed- Uptown Smile Dental; Drs. Prochaska and Hamilton have expanded their special style of relaxed, yet outstanding dental services to include a clinic in Minnesota’s Cannon Valley area- Cannon Falls Dental.

Through the years, Dr. Prochaska has worked hard to maintain a personal touch and sense of community in his practice. He has been serving family members of all ages with comprehensive services including, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Cosmetic Dentistry, and Implant Dentistry. He is a member of the Minnesota Dental Association and the Minneapolis District Dental Society. Dr. Prochaska is a member the City of the Lakes Study Club, Which is affiliated with the Seattle Study Club, a cutting edge, forward thinking study club which works with the top dentists in the country to provide advanced guidance in complicated treatment and case planning for a patient's most challenging needs.

Dr. Prochaska has served locally and nationally in high level volunteer roles. His personal hobbies include, biking, gardening, music, skiing and cooking.

Dr. Nancy J Hamilton
Dr. Hamilton graduated in 1981 from the University Of Nebraska College Of Dentistry. Upon graduation, she joined Dr. Prochaska in practice in Minneapolis.

After several years together, Dr. Prochaska & Dr. Hamilton moved their practice in 1984 to a beautifully restored building in the Uptown District of Minneapolis and renamed their practice Lowry Hill Dental. In 2006 They expanded their special style of relaxed, yet outstanding Dental services to include a clinic in Minnesota’s Cannon Valley area- Cannon Falls Dental.

Dr. Hamilton is deeply committed to exceptional care and is known for her compassionate regard for both the Dental Health and personal well-being of each and every one of her longtime patients. Her emphasis is on cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, endodontics, and oral surgery.

Dr. Hamilton is a member of the Minnesota Dental Association and the Minneapolis District Dental Society. She is a Member of the City of the Lakes Study Club, which is affiliated with The Seattle Study Club, a cutting edge, forward thinking study club which works with the top dentists in the country to provide advanced guidance in complicated treatment and case planning for patients with the most challenging restoration and /or cosmetic needs. Dr. Hamilton has served both individually, and with Dr. Prochaska, in high level leadership roles as local volunteers on a national level.

Her personal hobbies include, training her dogs, scuba diving, snow skiing, golf, and gardening.
